Billing questions
Is delivery charged per meal or per day?
Delivery is ₹50 per delivery trip. If you take both lunch and dinner, we'll confirm the exact delivery arrangement when you subscribe.
When and how do I pay?
Subscribers are billed once a month for the meals actually delivered. We accept UPI, cash and bank transfer.
What if I skip some days?
You're only charged for the days you actually take. Let us know in advance to skip or pause, and those days won't be billed.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. There's no lock-in period — start, pause or stop whenever it suits you.
