This policy explains where, when, and how we deliver your tiffins.
1. Delivery area
We currently deliver within Sant Nagar, Burari, and nearby localities in Delhi. Not sure if we reach you? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm.
2. Delivery timings
Lunch is delivered between 12–2 PM and dinner between 8–10 PM, every day. Exact times may vary slightly with your location on the route.
3. Delivery charges
A flat delivery fee of ₹50 per trip applies. For subscribers, delivery is added to your monthly bill.
4. Address & availability
Please share a complete, accurate address and be reachable during the delivery window. Address changes need to be told to us in advance so we can plan the route.
5. Missed deliveries
If you're unavailable, our delivery person will try to reach you by phone. Meals that cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect are not refundable.
6. Delays
Occasionally, weather, traffic, or festivals may delay delivery. We'll do our best to inform you in advance and get your meal to you as soon as possible.
7. Packaging
Meals are packed in clean, sealed containers. Where reusable tiffins are used, please have the previous container ready for exchange at the next delivery.
