1. Our service

We prepare and deliver home-style, 100% pure-vegetarian tiffins for lunch and dinner within Sant Nagar, Burari, and nearby areas in Delhi.

2. Orders & subscriptions

Orders are placed via WhatsApp or phone and confirmed by us. Monthly subscriptions run on a rolling basis; you can pause, skip, or cancel by informing us in advance of the applicable meal cut-off time.

3. Pricing & payment

Meals are ₹150 each plus ₹50 delivery, billed monthly for subscribers based on meals actually delivered. Prices may change with prior notice. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash.

4. Delivery

Delivery timings, area, and charges are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Food & allergens

All meals are pure vegetarian. Food is prepared in a kitchen that handles dairy, gluten, nuts, and other ingredients. Please inform us of any allergies before ordering; we cannot be held responsible for undisclosed allergies.

6. Your responsibilities

Please provide an accurate address and be available to receive your tiffin during the delivery window. Where reusable containers are provided, kindly keep them clean and ready for exchange on the next delivery.

7. Intellectual property

The Mahadev Tiffin Service name, logo, and website content belong to us and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Delhi.
